Club sandwich.

We're all just trying to earn a crust. What a wizard wheeze then, to club
together on sandwich ingredients, thus lowering everyone's luncheon
expenditure. Hence Club Sandwich was born. Ten people chipped in and
artisan baguettes heaving with choicest Parma ham and buffalo mozzarella
were devoured for the price of a curly cheese sanger from Aldi.
