presentation on his passion for cooking, including a live preparation of salt

and pepper squid. The dish was delicious, as was the fact that the Heal's

Office Managers were seconds away from calling out the fire brigade when

he toasted his peppercorns. Ooh mammy! (Little culinary humour there.)
