The great escalope-off.

In the interests of the work environment, a social experiment was conducted today comparing

the merits of chicken escalope paninis available in the immediate area.

On the left, chicken, mozzarella, ham and sun dried tomato, £3.85 from Cafe Fresca opposite

the agency. On the right, chicken, bacon and cheddar, £3.75 from Cafe Perugino.

The saltiness of the bacon was deemed a little overpowering, whereas the sweetness of ham and

tanginess of the sun dried tomatoes made the Cafe Fresca sandwich that little bit more flavoursome.
